Custom Made to Order Furniture

All furniture from perfumepphandmad is custom-made to your specified dimensions and requirements. Because each piece is created specifically for your space, standard return policies do not apply. Custom furniture orders are final once production begins.

Before Production Begins

Prior to production, we provide detailed specifications and confirm all dimensions, materials, and design details with you. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the order before any work begins. Once you approve the specifications and production commences, the order becomes final.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive furniture that is defective, damaged during delivery, or does not match the approved specifications, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and, if confirmed, provide repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture carefully. Report any damage, defects, or discrepancies from the approved specifications within 48 hours of delivery. Documentation including photographs will help us address any issues promptly.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided with your order confirmation. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications are not covered.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances where returns may be considered, such as significant errors on our part, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution. Any such cases will be reviewed individually and handled with fairness and understanding.
